    Best birthday ever!!Came to Hello Oriental for a birthday meal and it was fantastic!!Food was perfect, loved the option to play board games at the table.My sons both love sushi and they said it was the best sushi they have ever had!!Jay our server was amazing. Even going out of his way to make something off menu for my youngest who was desperate to try soft shell crab but without seasoning!A fantastic end to and look forward to coming back in ! XxKid-friendliness: Very child friendly! X

    Pretty interior with ambient lighting and rustic table+ chairs. However, I really dislike the fact that you order using a QR code and yet they still take a mandatory service charge AND ask for a tip when you don’t actually interact with the staff much. The servers were nice in general regardless. Additionally, my group generally agreed that the food was mediocre, and we all felt it was lacking some salt. Though the bun hue I had looks impressive and was actually a generous portion, I didn’t get the meaty and comforting flavour you should get with a broth based soup-it felt flat. They did give us salt when requested, though. Additionally, we shared a crème brûlée bingsu; initially, it didn’t have the charred quality you would expect from crème brûlée/the online pictures. This was rectified when we again, asked. Overall, definitely felt that it was overhyped as we felt the priority was placed on aesthetics rather than the quality of the food. Generally I find that any establishment that is super popular on TikTok is a miss. ./

    Me and my partner came here for the first time last night and we will definitely be returning. Firstly the place is so cool, and has a very good vibe. The food was insane we got pork and prawn dumplings, tuna and breaded prawn sushi, spicy Korean wings and chicken chow mein. Honestly ever meal was so yummy we couldn’t fault any of them. The place was also super busy and there wasn’t many staff but they were all still so attentive and friendly. I want to especially thank the brunette waitress unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was wearing a striped top - I wanted to get the January discount and it wasn’t working on the app so she took time to put it in on the till even though she was very busy and she was very patient. Overall such a lovely experience and good vibes. ️

    We ordered mains and sandwiches (bao bun and banh mi) which were both excellent. Served by Fran and Cadie who were excellent despite it being very busy for Valentine’s Day.Huge intimidating menu but great selection and very high quality food.Roast duck with rice is recommended as well as the shredded beef.Really enjoyed itGood booze as well despite being on the pricy side. Think we spent about £ all in, you pay for what you get I suppose as it was very good quality
